Double room in a detached house

Double room for one person in a detached house shared with a Cat and a hooman.
The room has a double bed, a large build in closet, a bedside table and additional furniture could be provided if needed.

The house has a garage and a driveway, a yard, an attic, one shared bathroom, good size kitchen that allows two people working at the same time and a living room. There is central heating, Virgin broadband, but no TV license.

I’m looking for a cohabitant, who loves cats (obviously), doesn’t mind recycling, cleans after themselves, and wants to live in a calm, friendly, and cozy environment.
