2 bed flat: I will only be there part time.

I am in the process of relocating to the North West but will need to be in Birmingham for work (I work for an education charity) a few times a month for a couple of nights. Apart from that you will have the flat to yourself!

The main bedroom is a large furnished room with a double bed. There is plenty of storage in the room. There is a bathroom, large living room, and kitchen, as well as a smaller spare room which I will use when in Birmingham, but which you are free to use for the rest of the time. I won't be leaving much of my stuff in the flat so the bathroom/kitchen storage will be yours.

I am in a quiet courtyard tucked out of the way, but the main road with an Aldi, takeaways, etc, is a 1 minute walk away. The express bus route to Birmingham city centre is a 1 minute walk from my flat and takes 20-30 minutes, or 15 to Walsall. Sutton Coldfield is a 10/15 minute drive, and the NEC/airport takes 20-25 minutes.

I'm looking to rent it out on a 4 month fixed contract (or shorter if you like) followed by a rolling monthly contract, as I'll be selling later in the year. Bills/council tax/internet all included.
