In search of a dog loving house mate

Double room available in shared house. The room is furnished with a double bed, bed side table, storage unit and wardrobe. There is a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen and garden. All bills are included, including broadband.

The house is close to Landywood train station (less than 5 minute walk) and the train takes just under 40 minutes to get into Birmingham new street. Just beyond the train station are local shops, including a decent sized co op. For drivers, there is a small car park in front of the house and the village is close to junction 11 of the m6 and close to the m54.

The new housemate MUST like dogs. I have two big dogs that are super adorable but love, and need, attention and company. Medium and large sized dogs are potentially welcome to move in too, but due to the nature of my dogs, cats and small dogs wouldn’t be appropriate. If in doubt, feel free to ask :)

I’m a teacher so I work a lot of hours during term time but have lots of down time during the school holidays. I’d like it if the new housemate is social and likes a good natter over tea and cake.
