Lovely large double room in a spacious house with high ceilings and a long garden.

Hi, I'm looking for someone to share my home with. I am a 36yr old man, work for myself. A small dog also lives in the house, but he's a reasonably good housemate.

Rent and bills come to approx. £500pcm. Not sure what council tax band but it’s about £150 a month.

The energy tariff is variable so IS NOT INCLUDED. We would have to pay it each month when the bill is received.

You'd have a lovely double room with a giant built-in wardrobe.

Upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet.

Two reception rooms.

Long garden and shed, great for summer.

Very easy access to M6 and A5

The house itself has lovely high ceilings downstairs. The fireplace in the front room is working, and the internet provider is Vodafone.

I run my own small business from the second downstairs room, so it does get a bit cluttered at times (especially when I'm photographing items).

This isn't a 'room to rent' as such but more a house to share.
