Double bedroom in Hagley

I am letting out a room in my house where I live with my 18 months daughter. I work full time (little one is in nursery).

As a working mum, I am seeking a reliable, clean, and tidy tenant. It would be a great bonus if you're open to helping out with light household duties, and I'm happy to negotiate rent in exchange for some assistance.

As for the room, it has a small double bed, a desk and a nice size wardrobe, happy to provide more items as per the tenant’s needs..

We will be sharing the bathroom (there is also a downstairs loo) and the living space (lounge and kitchen).

The property is a 5 minute walk from Hagley station with direct trains to Birmingham, Kidderminster, Worcester and more. We are within an easy reach of motorway networks too.

There is plenty of lovely country walks at hand. A number of pubs, shops and restaurants are within short walking distance.
