Double room and office to rent

I'm looking for someone to join me and my dog in our home in Halesowen. I have a double room and office as one rental unit in a quiet residential area. Its open to students and professionals, including those who work from home. Those two rooms have a door seperating the area from the rest of the house so you can make it feel like yours!

The double room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers. The office has a desk and office chair.

There are really good public transport links into nearby town centres as well as Birmingham. 20 min walk to nearest train station (Cradley Heath) and bus stop 3 min walk away from house.

Preferably looking for a female tenant but this is an LGBT+ friendly household. Would like someone who is quiet and likes dogs.
