As this apartment forms part of a larger property which operates as a small HMO we do not have separate utilities, therefore the rent has been set to be inclusive of all bills - just one easy monthly rent payment.

You also have access to the main house to use the laundry facilities and additional kitchen / cooking facilities if you wish.
