This is a fully furnished flat (you would need to bring in a bed however, or we could discuss grabbing you one from Ikea, Freecycle...) with two double bedrooms, one bathroom, one kitchen and an open living room.
All of the electrical appliances you could ever need are here: a freezer, two small fridges (one of which could be yours), an air fryer, kettle, microwave, toaster, blender, washing machine, TV, hoover...
The place is very well lit and warm due to being on the top floor, and we have a central heating system that's handled by a thermostat.
The flat is located at the foot of Old Hill in Halesowen and is within two minutes walking distance of multiple bus stops that take you all over the Dudley / Sandwell area.
If you drive - not a problem! We have a dedicated parking space. The neighbour is very clean and quiet, you will love it here!
The rent is £650/month and includes the rent, the council tax, the bills, and the wifi (provided by yours truly).
A little more about me: I am a 25 year old languages teacher in Oldbury who is really into languages (obviously), music, reading, art, and just overall creative hobbies. I am looking for somebody clean, who won't throw parties during the week as I get up pretty early, and who will make me discover music.
