A spacious double room is available in a friendly home. The room is currently unfurnished, but a single bed and single wardrobe can be provided if needed. It has new carpets/laminate flooring and has been freshly painted.
Please note: all personal belongings must fit within your room.

You’ll have:

Your own cupboard for kitchen items

Fridge shelf and freezer drawer

Access to a shared bathroom.

Use of the washer dryer

Access to two living rooms, both with a TV

Broadband, gas, electric, and water bills included (within reason).

There’s a garden and street parking available. The driveway will be reserved for me as I work late shifts.

It’s just me and my lovely dog, Buster, who is 2 years old — very loving and friendly! 🐾

Rent:

£450 per month for single occupant or
£650 per month for couples

The house is available from 1st November as I move in next week.
