Lodger wanted for newly refurbished room!

Myself and my partner have lived in our property for nearly a year. We are looking for a male/female to accompany us to help us bring in some extra cash but also to provide a happy home. We are both working professionals and would like someone of a similar nature or a mature student.

We live close enough to town for both of us to commute every day and far enough away that we are able to enjoy a more peaceful lifestyle, with close countryside and amenities.

We currently have two spare bedrooms, one of which is slightly larger than the other and can accommodate a TV. The larger room will be available from £450 a month.

We love animals in our home and this is reflected in our one year old dog and three cats. They are all extremely friendly and love to be around people, however you can be as involved as you like in their lives.

Both rooms have recently been refurbished with fresh paint, new carpets and new beds. They are both equipped with central heating and curtains on the windows. You will have access to your own bathroom which has also been recently refurbished. A wardrobe and a separate fridge freezer can be provided.

You are welcome to use the kitchen at your leisure, the garden and the living room when me and my other half are not present. Please note that the living room has had some changes since the picture but is mainly the same. There is also ample parking available.
