Huge room available in Hall Green

We have a big room to rent on a temporary basis as the current tenant in that room is going travelling.

The room is very bright and has the biggest built in wardrobe! There is plenty of road parking and we have a big garden we we all enjoy especially for BBQs :)

We are all very friendly and social and so we would also be looking for a social housemate who would like to join in on house activity’s like a trip to the cinema or having a house meal.

One of the rooms is occupied by a live in landlord who is also a teacher and runs a horse stable which is a registered charity.

The other rooms are occupied by a chef and an ecologist (me). We have two cats so we would need someone who doesn’t mind cats.

We share all the house cleaning and mowing of the garden and we would like a clean and tidy housemate who must do their share of cleaning and mowing.
