I have a large double room that will be available from February 21st in a fabulous shared house in Hall Green.

The house has a total of five tenants when fully occupied, two bathrooms, a large kitchen and utility and a through lounge/diner that leads to a long and (sometimes) sunny rear garden.

The house is fully furnished, recently refurbished and on a quiet road but still close to the Stratford Road so perfect for transport links.

The rent includes all bills so once paid you will have nothing else to spend. Everything you need is included in the house so you just need to bring clothes and bedding.

Every room has a lockable fire door and smoke detector for security and safety although smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

Fees of just £95 to cover reference checks, deposit protection and all administration. Once you decide to take the room it normally takes just four days to move in.
