The Room
The Room is a warm, light-filled 3x3m room. It includes a built-in wardrobe and can come unfurnished or with an optional double bed and mattress, depending on your needs.

The House
You’ll be joining three other working professionals in a spacious 4-bedroom home. We keep the place tidy and operate a cleaning rota to keep things running smoothly.
Kitchen: Fitted with a built-in oven, washing machine, and two fridge-freezers (plenty of storage for everyone).
Living Space: A comfortable front lounge.
Facilities: Fitted bathroom plus an additional spare toilet.
Outdoors: Private garden and off-road parking for two cars.

The Location
Transport: 2-minute walk to the No. 16 bus stop; 15-minute walk to Hamstead Village and Train Station.
Nature: Just a 5-minute stroll to Sandwell Valley Country Park.

All-Inclusive Rent
Gas, electric, water, council tax, and internet are all covered in the rent.
