YOU MUST BE IN RECEIPT OF UNIVERSAL CREDIT , ESA, PIP JSA BENEFITS WE DEAL WITH PEOPLE ON BENEFITS BUT ALL ENQUIRIES/ STUDENTS ARE WELCOME.

We offer supported housing, this is where a house has a support worker stationed to offer advise and support to tenants.

We can only help individuals who have a right to stay in the UK so residency is required. As such you WILL NEED to provide IDENTIFICATION which is either passport driving licence or any GOVT issued ID.

All potential tenants will be subject to vetting and a police waiver will be sent before confirmation of tenancy but historical and minor offences will be overlooked.

To gain access to our properties you will need to be in receipt of benefits either ESA, JSA, Universal Credit, or PIP DLA etc .

Your rent is paid for directly from the local council and you will need to pay an additional £15 per week service charge to cover Utilities. You will need to bring your first 2 weeks £30 service charge with you.
