House Share - Current roommate moving out for work

Hi I'm Nathan, I'm from the northeast and have lived down in Birmingham since about 2018.
My current housemate is moving out at the end of September to be closer to work, leaving me slightly worse off on covering rent.

The house has two double rooms, no en suite but there are two bathrooms and two equal sized living rooms downstairs.

The garden is quite big with a covered bar at the far end (though this needs a bit of work).

I work 9-5 weekdays, in the office for the majority of this.

I'd prefer someone with nerdier hobbies we currently use one of the downstairs rooms to paint Warhammer models etc.

Other than that I'm pretty far left leaning so I would give this one a miss if you're not really into that because I do want someone I'd get along with. I'm pretty easy going all things considered.

Council tax band is B, I've included that cost in the rate though. This isn't a sublet, so feel free to pay direct to the landlords if you do decide to move in, otherwise I currently just have my housemate send me half the bills and I pay them.
