Beautiful large double room to rent

This room is for someone working away from home who needs somewhere to stay during the week. I am sorry that I am unable to accommodate people at weekends (arrival Sunday late afternoon/evenings is fine).

My Victorian terraced home in Harborne has been renovated and redecorated. I have 3 bedrooms, an office and a large living/dining room and an extended kitchen with snug. I would be delighted to share my home with another professional working in Birmingham during the week.

I don't cook breakfast for guests but, by agreement, I'd be happy to buy in breakfast food for a minimal extra charge.

The room is £500 per month for single occupancy (inclusive of bills). Your room would be in a beautiful loft conversion with ensuite shower.

Harborne is a really nice and lively place to live, and I'm very close to the High Street with good bars and restaurants. A short walk for the bus into the City Centre with a lovely hour's or so walk in via the canal.

You'll be left to your own devices if that's what you prefer or if you'd like to make friends and have a bit of a social life whilst you are with me, then I'm a member of Edgbaston Priory Tennis Club and would be very happy to introduce you to some other lovely people!

There aren't TVs in my bedrooms, and because I'm in a terraced house I prefer it that way out of respect for the neighbours. However, I get round this myself by using headphones and watching TV/catch up on my iPad and that works really well.
