I am looking for someone to share my lovely two bedroom first floor apartment, Martineau Drive is a new development just off Balden Road, it is readily accessible to Queen Elizabeth Medical centre, Birmingham University. A short walk to the Hagley road where there are frequent bus services that will take you to Birmingham city centre within 15 minutes. It is also walking distance to Harborne high street and lots of local shops, bars and amenties.

The flat has a shared living room which is furnished and Kitchen also furnished with a dishwasher which is always a bonus. Bathroom is also shared.

Please not the picture of the room avaliable to rent has funiture from a previous tenant. The room available to rent comes with a brand new double bed and matteress that has not been used before.

I am looking for someone sociable and chatty, who is also very relaxed and easy going.
