Perfectly located houseshare in the centre of Harborne. A five minute walk or less from all the best spots: The Plough, Boston Tea Party, The Junction, New Inn, Damascena, the Harborne Walkway.

Really easy to get into Birmingham city centre, just a few minutes walking distance to bus stops into town (20min by bus) or £7-10 by taxi (great for getting home after a night out). 20 mins walk to the QE Hospital and University Station.

We're a friendly house of 3 young professionals (2 female and 1 male). We're easy to get on with and would love to find someone who is looking for a home not just a house.

It's £314pcm for the room, plus bills which are currently £100 but may vary slightly in the winter months. Bills include gas, electricity, water, council tax, broadband and TV licence.

The house is really spacious, two living rooms (one with dining table), a kitchen (with 2 fridges), two bathrooms (so no morning queues!), an additional toilet downstairs, and a back garden which is great for a BBQ when we do actually get a summer.

The house is managed by a local reputable property letting/management company who are great at being responsive.
