Double Room: Just off Harborne High Street

BEST LOCATION IN BRUM!

Hi! We are two young professionals working within the creative industries. We are friendly and are looking for a new housemate join who will be up for a chat or a movie night. We are both big homebodies and work a 9-5, with some weekly WFH days.

We are looking for a housemate who is clean, tidy, communicative and willing to be proactive and help keep it a nice, tidy place to be. We generally split all bills evenly and try to look after the house as best as we can.

We have really enjoyed living in this house and would love to welcome someone new in to join us!

About the room and location:
One large double room, furnished with a new double-bed and storage (the pic of the room was taken before double bed was put in - but it's there now!)

Just off Harborne High Street with access to bars, restaurants and shops. It's basically the best place to live in Brum - you can't beat it.

Room furnishings: New bed, chest of drawers new desk with drawers, chair, lamp, large mirror etc

The house is a good size (3 floors) and has:
**2 reception rooms (front room with a table and chairs/rear as a living room).
**Large garden
**Kitchen with all the usual amenities (microwave, washing machine, dishwasher, tumble-dryer).
**Upstairs bathroom and also a downstairs WC.
**Wi-Fi internet connection and a large screen 4K TV in the living room.

Parking: There is parking but this is on street parking only - it's not one of the busier Harborne roads so you'll always find a space on the street.

**No admin fees. All that is required is just a one month deposit (as stated).
