Double room in central Harborne

Hello,

I have a lovely double room to rent a stones throw from Harborne High Street. The location is great, parallel to the high street with Waitrose, shops, restaurants and a bus stop to the centre within a few minutes walk.

There is on street parking and a garden.

The kitchen has been extended so is a good size. I like to cook so I have all the cooking utensils, pots and pans you may need to use. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and drier.

The bedroom is on the top floor so it's nice and quiet with your own staircase and has quite a lot of space.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and light, chest of drawers, desk and a large mirror.

Bills are not included in the rent, but i expect them to average at about £150 per person per month (subject to any gas/electric increases later in the year). `
