Double room in great location off high street

Hello,

I have a lovely double room to rent a stones throw from Harborne High Street. The location is great, parallel to the high street with Waitrose, shops, restaurants and a bus stop to the centre within a few minutes walk.

There is on street parking and a garden.

The kitchen has been extended so is a good size. There is also a dishwasher, washing machine and drier.

The bedroom is on the middle floor and overlooks the garden.
The room is furnished with a double bed, bedside table and light, a tall and a lower chest of drawers, desk and chair and a mirror (the desk and chair are different than in the pic and some shelves have been put up as well). There is also a built in wardrobe on the landing for hanging space and extra storage.

Bills are not included in the rent but are approximately £140ish per person per month for council tax - band D, water, broadband, TV license, gas and electricity. I organise all the bills and then split them 3 ways.
