I'm a doctor in Birmingham with 2 fully furnished double bedrooms remaining with plenty of storage available in my 3 bedroom house, available whilst I have to work away from Birmingham until September 2026.
Rent includes internet, water, TV licence. Tenants would only pay rent + council tax + gas/electric.

There is driveway and additional street parking, a good size garden for outdoor relaxing and a garage for even more storage if needed.
The downstairs area has a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher, as well as a dining/seating area.
I've got a separate living room on the first floor with a big TV. There's smart lighting here too for when you want to watch something particularly snazzy, but it's optional.

BEDROOM 1: Includes a double bed with drawer storage underneath, as well as a full length wardrobe with hanging/shelving and drawer storage. The ensuite bathroom has a shower, basin and toilet.

BEDROOMS 2 & 3: These are the top floor bedrooms that share a bathroom between them. They each have a double ottoman bed, chest of drawers, full wardrobe, bedside table. One of the bedrooms is slightly bigger and has a desk.

There is a reasonable size garden with outdoor patio, decking in the sunshine and convenient side-door access to the garage to get to stored stuff.

Queen Elizabeth Hospital and Birmingham City Hospital are close by. The city centre is a 10 minute drive away and Edgbaston Reservoir is a 10 minute walk away for some outdoor recreation.

The house is in a quiet area that has little passing traffic, with lots of young professionals and small families as neighbours. There are cameras covering the driveway and garden with a video doorbell and alarm for security.
