We have one en-suite room available from the start of September in our beautiful home. We have two dogs so obviously a dog lover would be preferable.

Finding the right person is so important for us, The house would ideally suit a hard working professional or mature student, new to the area, looking for a home from home, who wants to come back to a comfortable and contemporary space and share the occasional meal and glass of wine but also appreciate their own space and attention to detail.

The bedroom is fitted to a very high standard with access to a gorgeous bathroom with roll top both and separate WC.

The house offers off street parking, it’s Alarmed and is in walking distance to the QE & Birmingham University. Harborne High street, the City Centre and Fiveways are very easily accessible.

There is also easy access to the motorway network

Public transport is easily accessible leaving you within close proximity to many local and City Centre shops restaurants and pubs.
