Perfect location right across the street from park, bus stop right in front of the house, Harborne High St. 15 mins walk. Asda and other shops close by.
Private parking on driveway, large garden, huge fully equipped kitchen and living room. Two bathrooms and extra toilet.
Free wifi provided, all bills included in rent, no other fees.
There is still old furniture in rooms, will be replaced with new before new tenant moves in.
We've got cat living with us already so no more pets pls, unless something small living only in your room. Also no smoking inside the house, only on garden.
