En suite room available

Hey! Our housemate is moving due to job location and so we’re looking for someone to take over his en suite double room from end of march. Current tenancy ends late july.

Room can be furnished for fee of £50 if you’d like the bed to stay. Council tax is £40.50 monthly but is about to increase, wifi £6.75 a month, gas & electricty is variable but roughly £35 a month and water is tbc.

Rest of the house is nicely furnished just not shown in pics, sorry!

3 friendly, sociable and respectful housemates currently. One masters student and one teacher (a couple) and one nurse. We’d love to meet anyone who is interested in the room to make sure we’re a good fit 😊 feel free to message with a bit of info about yourself!
