Single room in share house Harborne

We have available single room in share house in Harborne.
New furniture, double bed, free wifi, all bills included. Shared kitchen, bathroom, living room. Room is downstairs windows to garden.
Mix of working people and students, different ages. All very nice and kind, we get on well really good. We have a cat in here, but no more pets allowed due to previous damage of the rooms.
We have a big garden, great for summer BBQ, badminton, sunbathing etc. Busses right outside the house
(76 & 11C). Park just across the street. Harborne High street, Asda 24, convenient store, Sainsburys, MC Donalds and other stores few mins walking distance. Good connection to city centre and University, great place for students too.
Available to move in immediately. Two weeks rent deposit to be paid, other than that rent is paid in advance, week or month, depending on your situation. Viewings can be done in the evening or weekend, when applying pls give a little information about yourself, we have usually high amount of ppl interested.
Please note this is budget accommodation, house is old and need some maintenance so do not expect 5*. House is adequate the price, no time wasters please.
