I have a double room available in a very sought after area of Harborne. I am working professional and generally have a very busy lifestyle. During the week I am not around very much, but I do work from home from time to time. At the weekend I have an active schedule but do tend to be around in the evenings.

The room would suit someone who is independent and is not looking for a flatmate to socialise with regularly. The house is really homely and I am looking for a housemate that treats it like their home too.

Close to both QE hospital and university, this room would suit a professional or a mature student. Monday to Friday lets also considered at a reduced rate.

The room comes with a double bed, drawers and a clothes rail. The rest of the house comprises of a shared bathroom, shared living space and a fully equipped kitchen.

Rent is £600 per month which includes all bills.
