Our current lodgers who have been completing their fellowships are due to finish at the end of July / start of August and their rooms will be available from that date.

It is a beautiful garden view double room in a large three bedroom semi-detached house in Harborne. There are a total of two rooms available.

The house will suit a mature student coming to complete their surgical fellowship who is looking to lodge in a peaceful tidy home (rather than a busy house of multiple occupancy / student house / soul less hotel ).

The house has a large well equipped kitchen with dining table and chairs, washing machine / tumble dryer / fridge freezer / dishwasher / air fryer / coffee machine / microwave / pizza oven etc etc.

Outside there is, a large well kept and peaceful garden (perfect for soaking up the sun with a nice glass of wine) complete with shed to store larger items / bikes etc...

There is a large comfortable lounge with two sofa's, a large smart tv with sky / Netflix etc and understairs storage.

Upstairs you will find your large double room with 'new' furniture -wardrobe, 3 drawer chest of drawers, full length mirror, new curtains, bedside table and lamp, Smart TV (perfect for lazy weekends) and a large radiator to keep you toasty in winter... There is also a 'silent fan' to keep you cool in summer...

(There is also a slightly smaller double room with another high quality double bed and orthopaedic mattress complete with mattress topper)...

There is also a family bathroom with bath, toilet, electric shower nearby.

The house has gas central heating and is double glazed, has an alarm system, superfast broadband (500MB+ so it's great for WFH / streaming / browsing / gaming)

Outside there is on street parking and two bus stops within 5 minutes so you can hop on a bus and into town or up to the High Street.

The room is available for single occupancy only on a Mon - Fri basis but I am happy to discuss alternative days depending on the situation.
