Lovely room in Harborne

My wonderful lodger has moved in with their partner, so I’m looking for someone who would like a Mon-Fri let. However, I can consider a varying pattern of 4 nights a week to accommodate doctors on call/shift schedules.

It's a lovely double room, in a beautiful, recently refurbished house. It is located a stone's throw from Harborne High Street and the QE hospital, and short walk to University of Birmingham.

It's £625 a month, with bills included for gas, electricity, water and internet. (What about council tax?) There is a space on the driveway for a car as well.

The house is modern, with a cosy and homely feel, kitted out with some DIY pieces. The room available is a furnished double room (with fitted wardrobe, chest of drawers, bedside table and underbed storage). Duvet/pillows can also be provided if necessary.

There's a main bathroom (with separate shower and bath) that would predominately be your own (other than the odd visiting guest), as I have my own ensuite. Downstairs is a nice open plan living/dining/kitchen area, which provides a good social space and access to all the essentials you'd need in a kitchen, with an attached utility room with washing machine. Plus there's a lovely sunny garden (when it's shines!) and homemade bar in the conservatory.
