Clean & social housemate wanted!

Hi :) looking for a 4th person for our grad house from Aug 9th in Harborne. Non-students/ young professionals preferred please (for council tax). Looking for friendly/sociable and tidy & clean housemate:) Benefits include occasional baked goods or shared meals if desired, and a cute cat 🐈‍⬛️ We are friendly and chilled out looking for someone to match our vibe!

- Supermarkets withing 25 min walking distance
- Easy bus access
- On street parking
- 2 min walk to park
- 2 min walk to corner shop

Rent approx £375/ month (+/- £10, depending on the room you are allocated which we would do randomly amongst the 3 new tenants prior to moving in, so you must be happy to risk being in a smaller room and paying a bit less). Rent not including bills. All beds are small doubles or regular doubles.
