The room is available for any 5 nights out of 7, it doesn't have to be Mondays to Fridays.
Bus stop opposite house takes you to University, QE and Womens hospital, City Centre, train station in less than 30 minutes.....or Walk to the Hospital AND University in less than half hour.
Well situated for shops, gym, restaurants yet peaceful, with dining room, spacious kitchen and separate communal living/TV room. Patio/ seating private garden outside. You will have lots of private storage space in kitchen and upstairs, and full shared use of kitchen utensils, dishwasher, washing machine etc.
I've lived in the area for 20 years and like sharing. I'm a professional at the University.
So...if you want a quiet calm space after work but you also like a friendly chat this might be a great option.
