Double room available

We have a good sized double room (3.35m x 4m) available for rent. It is not en-suite but we have two bathrooms.

You will have use of a separate fridge, a washing machine and a tumble dryer.

There is ample parking on the road directly outside of the house.

You would have predominant use of our second lounge.

If you are interested please let us know what your occupation is or whether you are a student or not.

One of us is retired and the other is a teacher. Our standards of cleanliness are very high and we expect the same.

No smoking at all. Not even outside.
