It's also easy walking/cycling distance to the QE, Hospital Birmingham University Medical School and close to a bus stop to QE and Birmingham City Centre (the bus stop to the city centre is a 30 second walk away).
The room comes furnished with a bed, chest of drawers and bedside table (not the table in the photo though sorry!).
This centrally heated house has a lounge, separate dining room, and a kitchen on the ground floor (with cellar below). Above there are 4 double bedrooms each with pine double beds, two bathroom/shower rooms.
The garden has a private southwest facing patio and lawn (maintained by the landlord at no cost if desired) with garden furniture and barbecue which is nice for the summer.
Dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as a washing line outside! :)
All energy bills come to around £70 per month each and £113 for council tax.
