Double Room in Harbourne

Hey I’m mark. I’m moving back to Scotland so looking for someone to take over my tenancy!.

The house is a large semi-detached in a quiet part of Harbourne featuring:
- Fully furnished.
- Driveway for two cars, and on street parking outside.
- Large open plan lounge / kitchen.
- Separate snug.
- Downstairs toilet.
- Large bathroom with rainfall shower.
- Conservatory which is used for storage.
- Large back garden, with lots of wildlife.

Current flatmates are Jack and Lauren who I went to Uni with. What we’re looking for is someone who’s clean and respectful. Jack works for the emergency services and occasionally sleeps during the day when on nightshift, and Lauren is also a professional - so ideally would prefer another professional or a mature student. We all like a nice night in, but equally happy to go to the pub for a few drinks too!

**if taken before end of Feb. I will transfer my deposit to your name, so you’ve got no deposit to pay AND you can keep the deposit at the end of tenancy**

Bills are set and are £201 per month, which includes ultra fast broadband, water, gas, electricity, and council tax.
