Flat to rent in Harborne!

Hi there! Im moving back to Scotland so we need someone to take over the room. The house consists of 2 PhD students and a professional (bonus if you want to split council tax) and we have a lovely 4 bed 2 bathrooms with big rooms in a great location past the hospital (can see from bedroom window), 10 minute walk from uni station and campus!

Rent is £536.25 per month + bills
We have our own driveway and a big garden it's a quiet area with friendly neighbours which is a big plus compared to the classic streets of selly oak.

We are (almost) out of our clubbing days so would ideally work best with a Ph. D./ masters students/ graduate working in the city/ hospital but we are very happy with anyone nice!
