Female only flatmate wanted.

My landlord is looking for a new housemate to move in after my previous one left. She's still moving out her stuff so we haven't got a date on when it's available.

Requirements for new person:
Must clean up after yourself. I'm a tidy person and I expect the same.

Must be OK with cats. I have a cat and he's shy initially but really friendly once he warms up. You can bring a cat if you have one, but no dogs are allowed.

Must be on benefits. It's a supported housing so only people receiving benefits are allowed to live here. UC, PIP, etc are allowed.

There is a support worker that comes round once a week to check up on you and stuff. He's nice and helpful.

No overnight guests are allowed. Any guests must have left the house by 10pm. This is set by the landlord.

I get up early in the morning for work so I appreciate a quiet household, especially at night.

Things to add:
The only room available is a single bed room. My stuff is in there but it'll all be moved and everything cleaned and new sheets for the next person.

The bedroom door and bathroom door have locks.

There is a service charge of £23 a week.

Preferably the central heating should be kept off as it uses a lot of money from the electricity meter. There is a washing line outside or if it's raining I have a heated airer that's cheaper to run.
