4 bedroom all-girls houseshare in Harborne

Looking for a new housemate to replace me in a lovely all-girls houseshare in Harborne. Would suit a postgrad or professional. The house is friendly and sociable but very chilled - we go out together sometimes and there is usually someone around for a chat in the evenings, but we like our own space sometimes too. We're looking for someone who would like to fit with this :)

The house is on a quiet street, a short walk from Harborne high street (with regular buses to city centre), train station (University), hospitals and UoB. There is a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet room, large kitchen, large living room, and garden.

A cleaner (twice per month) and all bills are included in the rent: electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, WiFi. We have a private landlady (no agency) who deals with any problems quickly.

The bedroom is a decent sized double room, fully furnished, on the ground floor facing the front garden. There's lots of extra storage space around the house.

Move in date can be flexible, earliest 27th June and no later than 18th July ideally.
