4 bedroom all-girls houseshare in Harborne

Looking for a new housemate to join a lovely all-girls houseshare in Harborne. Earlier move-in is possible. Has all bills included and a cleaner.

Would suit a postgrad or professional. The house is tidy, friendly and sociable - sometimes we go out together and there is usually someone around for a chat in the evenings, but we like our own space sometimes too. We're looking for someone who would like to fit with this :)

The house is on a quiet street, a short walk from Harborne high street (with regular buses to city centre), train station (University), hospitals and UoB. There is a bathroom with bath and shower, separate toilet room, kitchen with washing machine, living room, and garden.

A cleaner (twice per month) and all bills are included in the rent: electricity, water, council tax, TV licence, WiFi. We have a private landlady (no agency) who deals with any problems quickly.

The bedroom is a decent sized double room, fully furnished, on the ground floor facing the front garden. There's lots of extra storage space around the house. There is also a wardrobe it's just not visible in the photo!
