Room in three-bed female houseshare

Hi! Our lovely third housemate is moving out to move in with her partner so we’re in need of a replacement. As we’re both PhD students, preferably we’re looking for a female postgrad/PhD student but would be open to a young professional if they were the right fit! Looking for someone to share a home with who is both friendly and tidy :) There’s some flexibility on move-in but ideally looking for someone in early/mid September.

The room is a fully-furnished south facing double. Bathroom, kitchen and living room is shared. There’s on-street parking and we’re about 20 mins walk from the university/QE hospital and there’s a regular 23/24 bus that gets you to the city centre/new street in 25 mins.

** £575 is inclusive except for council tax (roughly an additional £100 a month if not a student but can be discussed)
