A female tenant is preferred by tenants to keep the male female split even within the house.

The property is in an excellent location in Harborne, just 2 minutes walk from Harborne High Street and Birmingham City Centre is just 20 minutes by bus - regular buses depart from the High Street and these provide excellent routes throughout Birmingham. It is also walking distance to the QE hospital and Harborne gym is 5 minutes walk away from the house. On road parking is available outside the property.

The house is fully furnished throughout - the bedroom has a double bed, bedside table, wardrobe and chest of drawers and the bedrooms have lockable doors. All bills, including fast WIFI internet connection and Council Tax are included in the monthly rent.

There is a communal kitchen with all the usual mod cons (washing machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, large fridge freezer), lounge (incorporating LCD TV and DVD player), two bathrooms both with showers, separate toilet and a garden with patio furniture and bbq. There is a combi boiler which ensures there is always hot water. The house, communal areas and outside are managed by a liveout landlord so the standard of the house is always maintained.

It is a non smoking house and the room is for single occupancy only. All the other tenants in the house are between 23 - 31 years old and are all working professionals or PhD students. It is a very sociable house to live in.

Deposit of £535 minimum rental term is 6 months.

The existing tenants would prefer the new tenant to work Monday to Friday rather than shift work.
