We offer a stunning, fully furnished double room overlooking a beautiful park. The house is conveniently situated near several hubs -

Harborne town centre is a 10 minute walk with facilities that include Marks and Spencer’s, Waitrose, and a variety of coffee houses and restaurants among others.
We are around a 12 minute walk from Birmingham university and university train station.
The Queen Elizabeth hospital is a 10 minute walk
And the new retail park, just opened, is about 15 minutes.

There is a regular bus service available into Birmingham city centre with a bus stop conveniently situated opposite the property.

The double room we offer is spacious, modern, has a wonderful view of grove park with a large built in wardrobe (good for storage) and a wall mounted TV.

The common areas include a lounge, a large, well equipped, modern kitchen with breakfast bar and laundry/utility room with 2 washing machines and dryer. Residents can also make use of the garden and patio area.

We do offer off road parking with video surveillance of the front drive.

For couples we charge an additional £150.
