The home is owner-occupied, so it’s well cared for, stable and kept to a good standard. The atmosphere is friendly but quiet — everyone has their own routine and respects shared spaces.
There are also two calm, well-trained border collies in the home, so the room is suitable for someone who is comfortable living around dogs.
