Only the upstairs double room is available now, you only need to share the bathroom with another PhD student. The house is only 12-15 minutes' walk from the University train station and 8-10 minutes from Harborne High Street. There is a bus stop in 5 minutes (route 29 to/from city centre).

There is an open kitchen/diner downstairs with electric hobs and washing machine, plenty of fridge and freezer space.
There are front and rear gardens.
Off road parking outside the house.

All bills are included with £50 extra per month.

The accommodation is very suitable for students. The other 2 rooms are taken by PhD students from UoB.
