The house is a Victorian town house which has been totally refurbished & modernised with 3 new bathrooms, a large modern Breakfast Kitchen and a cosy front room. The house has one shower room and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped with all essential cookery wear and a breakfast/dining table for all housemates. 2x oven/cookers, 2x washing/tumble, 2 fridge/freezer. Fast Virgin Media Broadband is available to all housemates. There is a garden in the rear to socialise and BBQ in the summer. Gardener is included in the rent.
