Is part of the top flat which you would share with a female nurse who works at the QE. There is a bathroom and a kitchen for the top floor.
The room has been recently refurbished too.
The kitchen has a washing machine ,cooker and an air fryer fully stocked with plates saucepans and cutlery
I am very keen on gardening ,you would be very welcome to grow veg if you want. We have many apple trees so you would never need to buy apples 🍎 in the summer!
Situated in a quiet residential road which is good for parking unusual for Harborne! on the 23 and 19 bus route. The bus stop is at the bottom of the road. the no 24 and 11c is a 4 min walk away.
The swimming pool and fitness centre is just a 4 min walk.
Ideal for university, Q E hospital and city centre.
The journey to the city centre is approx 20 mins
we are very near to Harborne village 10 min walk which has great shops, pubs restaurants and cafes.
There are two parks close by and if you are interested two golf courses one of which is municipal again a 5 min walk away.

The rent also includes broadband tv licence and council tax and all bills. We have a regular cleaner too.
One of the housemates is German a PHD student at the university of Birmingham. He is learning about the joys of UK living!
I am a movement coach and chiropractor .I have a particular interest in working with people with disabilities.
There are two dogs a gentle labradoodle called Bica and a young Bearded collie called Juno. They are friendly and would be keen to greet you when you return home..
We are an easy bunch to live with.
we are a friendly household, enjoying using the sports centre especially eating out drinking with friends going to many of the spendid local pubs. Get in touch if you are interested.
