Sociable Friendly Grad Houseshare - Barnsley Road

We are looking for a new housemate to join our sociable houseshare! The room is available from 7th May ☺️

Currently we're 4 guys and 3 girls, all aged between 22 and 28. Because of this we’re ideally looking for another girl to keep the gender balance, but this is not essential!

While we have our own individual interests, we enjoy socialising together. Some of us go climbing, running, and some go to the gym. We all like going to the pub together, do the occasional Sunday Roasts, summer BBQs, gigs, cinema trips, hikes, nights out and the odd house party. We're looking for a sociable person who has similar interests!

We're a good mix of a teacher, a procurement and supply chain analyst (I don’t know either, it’s just what he said), a sea logistics coordinator, a transport planner, one works in fashion and an accountant 😊 Some of us work from home a few days a week so no problem if you also WFH as the internet is pretty good.

The house is really spacious. There is a large shared kitchen, living room, utility room with washer and dryer, 4 bathrooms and a leafy garden perfect for summer. We have cleaners that come every fortnight so the house is always quite clean and tidy, and that's included in the rent. The only thing not included in the rent is internet which is about £9 a month.

We're just off Hagley Road, there are shops just around the corner and the city centre is only 10mins by car or 20mins by bus. Aldi is a 5 minute walk away, and we're really close to the local gym.
