The flat is on the top of a spacious victorian house which is full of character. There are two large double rooms with good furniture .
The room is quite large and has recently been refurbished newly painted new carpet and bed. It looks out onto the street and being a cul-de-sac is quite quiet.
There was a kitchen with washing machine air fryer bread maker, pots and pans cutlery etc
to the right there is a bathroom which you would share with your flatmate
I live downstairs with two friendly dogs three-year-old Labradoodle Bica and Juno a 14 month bearded collie. I’m hoping that they will become volunteer therapy dogs at the hospital. I’m waiting for the younger dog to become a little older before we start the training, It’s important that you like dogs because they will probably greet you when you come home but they are not allowed to come upstairs so your flat is dog free.
There is an extensive garden which has patio which is great when we get sunny days!
We did have hens so it was lovely for people in the house to have fresh eggs every day but unfortunately we had too many visits with Mr Fox so I have to take them to Suffolk to my cousin who has a small holding but I miss them a lot. I do however have one hen who is blind called Flora who lives downstairs mostly in the garden but in a small hen house in the house . She has the run of the garden which she loves .she’s very friendly and knows my voice and cuddles up with the dogs
there are plenty of apple trees and pear trees and raised beds with veg in the summer. There is also a large air shelter at the bottom of the garden with what is going on at the moment in the world it might prove to be rather useful.
The house is situated in a quiet residential street which is good for parking. The house is well placed for transport links 23 for the city centre they run every 6/8 mins peak time journey time to city centre is 15 mins. it is also a good location for the QE hospital and the university 19 and 11 bus.
Harborne high street has a good selection of coffee shops, music venues and good for food shopping too.
There is a new swimming pool and fitness centre just a 5 min walk away.
The rent includes all the bills including council tax, tv licence and broadband.
There is a weekly cleaner too
