While the landlord specifically seeks for tenants to maintain good behaviour, cleanliness, i seek a calm, friendly, lady (only) flatmate to help preserve a clean and quiet ambience. The apartment is 20 mins walking distance into town (7 mins by car), the train station and bus stops are also about a 10 min distance from the apartment. There is also a huge tesco 5 mins away from the house.

If you require a parking space it would be an additional 50 pound which I can arrange.

All bills are included in the rent.
