Double room available in the Jewellery Quarter

I’m looking for a flatmate to move into a double room in a 2 bed flat in the Jewellery Quarter available from the end of September.

The room available also has large double wardrobes, is really light and has really been re-wallpapered. Living area is open plan, lovely kitchen and floor to ceiling windows. It’s on the second floor of a quiet building which has a gated courtyard and the neighbours are really friendly.

Perfect location for those commuting to Brindley Place (10 min walk) and Colmore Row/the city centre (20 min walk).

I’ve lived here for 18 months and love it, I can work long hours so am not always around but happy to go out for drinks and show you around Birmingham if you’re new to the city!
