The room is in a new build flat conveniently located in Birmingham City Centre. It is less than a fifteen minute walk to Grand Central train station, and about a ten minute walk to Brindley Place.

The flat has two bathrooms so you will have access to your own bathroom which has a shower and bath. All the white goods are new as we were the first tenants who moved in (in August 2019). There is a washing machine with dryer and dishwasher alongside the essentials. It is a first floor property, with a built in balcony which the room has access to.

I am only moving out to in order to move in with my girlfriend across the street. The remaining tenant is a close friend of mine who is clean, a fantastic cook, and very zen.
