I’m looking for somebody to rent an entire 2 bedroom apartment in the Jewellery Quarter, prior to completion of a sale.
The property is only available from 5/11/24 for 3 months.

This is a beautiful apartment in a the heart of the Jewellery Quarter of Birmingham. It is a quiet, but central location, 15 minute walking distance from New Street station.

A secure, allocated parking space is available.

Bills are included in the price (water, council,
Tax and broadband) and it includes an allowance for electricity (£60pm), but electricity costs can vary significantly depending on usage. Rent will be varied to account for usage.

It is worth noting that because of the high ceilings, the flat doesn’t tend to get very warm in the winter, particularly because of the electricity costs mentioned!
