Student female seeking female to carry on lease

I'm 21 and a student studying in Birmingham City Centre. I'm in my third year of uni and planning on doing a masters degree starting in September, I'm currently living in an apartment in jewellery quarter with a friend but she has different plans for next year. I'm looking to live in an apartment with another girl around my age-range with an ensuite. I would preferably like to carry on the lease with the apartment I'm already in which is a 2 bed ensuite with a spacious balcony and nice city views. I'm very socialable and also chill, I like to hang out but also know when to give my housemate space :)
